Welcome to the TVRT 2011-2012 Ticket Order and Donation Form.

Please complete the form below (all fields required, comments are optional). If you have questions, please send email to info@trivalleyrep.com or call 925-462-2121.

• Step One: For each show, select the number of adults, number of seniors, number of juniors, and a performance date.
  PLEASE NOTE: For each weekend's shows, the online buying option ends at 2pm of that Friday. To order after that time, please call 925-462-2121.
• Step Two: Add a donation to your order (optional).
• Step Three: Enter your contact information. We will keep all personal information confidential.
• Step Four: Enter payment information. Please enter your credit card number with no spaces or dashes. Enter a promotion code if applicable (for example, Broadway Chorus business cards include a promotion code that entitles its holders to a 10% discount on tickets to Broadway Chorus performances). Discount will be applied after your order has been received and processed by office staff.
• Step Five: If you have any questions or special requests, please enter them in this box (optional).
• Step Six: Once you have completed the entire form, please click on the NEXT button to continue on to the confirmation page. If all the information there is correct, please click on the SUBMIT ORDER button to finalize your order. Note: A $2 handling-fee will be added for each ticket purchased.
